At Doaltech LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the Advanced Exchange Rates Board, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in new, unused condition with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Customized or specially modified products are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Products that have been used.
  • Software or digital components that have been downloaded or activated.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at info@doaltech.com to initiate a return request.
  2. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return delivery instructions.
  3. Securely package the product and clearly label the package with the RMA number.
  4. Dispatch the item to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or dispatch error.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
  • If you prefer an exchange, we will deliver a replacement unit once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturer defects or dispatch errors.

5. Warranty Claims

  • Our Advanced Exchange Rates Board is covered by a 6 month Manufacturer Warranty.
  • If you experience any defects within the warranty period, please contact our support team for assistance.
